Now that the sale is over, I am looking foward to going to the Yankees game on August 28th to get the AG Yankees outfit. It is the full travel outfit. YIPPEE - Is anyone else going?

I would LOVE to be going-I've been a Yankees fan for about 20 years (although I don't follow them closely right now)! But, alas, it's a bit of a drive from the midwest, and I did get to go to the MCM sale, so a girl shouldn't be greedy, right? Have fun!
I took my middle daughter Phoebe (age 12) to see the Yankees play Anaheim last Thursday (July 21). Phoebe is my baseball buddy. She brought Molly wearing the Yankees giveaway pinstripe outfit from 2004 and also the Satin Yankees jacket from 2003. Molly watched the whole game standing on the railing. My daughter and I had jerseys on and caps. It was great. We have never seen a game in Yankee stadium but we really hope to.
Last year Phoebe and I visited my mother in Phoenix and saw the Yankees play the AZ Diamondbacks. It was a blast.
I was born in New York, but was raised in Phoenix and now I live in California. I'm a big Yankees fan as you can tell by my avatar.
As soon as the 2005 giveaway outfits show up on Ebay I'm buying two of them!
I wish I could go, have not gone to a Yankee game in years. Wanted a AG Yankee outfit. [img]frown.gif[/img] oh well maybe next year.
You can always find these precious giveaway outfits for $25-$35 on Ebay starting the week after the date of the game. They give away literally thousands at the games. This next one coming up will be 18,000 Yankees Doll outfits, so prices are reasonable.

Anyone else planning on being there tomorrow? We're planning on getting there early, but I still worry about them running out of uniforms before we get there. For those who have gone before, does one gate have them and others do not? Do you have to get there and line up super early? Am I paranoid for nothing?
I am SO not the nervous nellie about these things. But this game was an excuse to get DH, a Red Sox fan, to Yankee stadium. If our DD does not get a uniform, I'm going to be hearing it from HIM...
